On 28 April 2026, Virat Kohli opened a new West Delhi Cricket Academy branch at DPS RK Puram in New Delhi. The event happened one day after Royal Challengers Bengaluru won their IPL match. A heartbreaking incident in Mumbai has left an entire family of four dead following suspected food poisoning. The family included a 40-year-old man, his 35-year-old wife, and their two daughters, aged 16 and 13. As per initial information, they had dinner with relatives on the night of April 25 and later returned home. During the night, they reportedly ate watermelon. By early morning, all four started suffering from severe vomiting and loose motions. They were first taken to a family doctor and later shifted to JJ Hospital for advanced treatment. Sadly, the younger daughter lost her life first, followed by the father, while the mother and elder daughter also passed away during treatment. Post-mortem examinations have been completed, and the exact reason behind the deaths will be confirmed after detailed medical reports. Police have registered a case and are investigating the possible source of the suspected contamination.
