We started Made because we were tired of feeling like you had to choose between eating healthy and something actually tasting good, because there is room both. We wanted to create something that made eating healthy feel easy, nourishing and genuinely delicious, so it became something you actually looked forward to. We spent over 18 months perfecting our most requested flavour, Cookie Butter. It was actually meant to launch 6 months ago, but we pushed it back because it wasn’t quite right, and we didn’t want to release a product to you guys that we didn’t absolutely love! So we got customer feedback, reformulated, retested and now we are genuinely obsessed. Our limited edition Cookie Butter is finally here!!. Ok am I being dramatic or is that a massive improvement?? I set myself a little task a while ago to try and do the splits, I’ve always wanted to, but I’ve never actually put the work in. Then I found this little challenge online and just fully immersed myself in it. There’ve been a few missed days and a few steps backwards… but this is the journey so far. I just do the same 15-minute stretch before I try 🥰 I haven’t finished yet and I still want to get all the way, but I wanted to give you guys an update because I know a lot of you wanted to try it too, so send this to the girlies who want to learn to do the splits in 2026 🤭 #splitschallenge #transformation #2026

A full day of eats with my mini to feel our best (plus the fried rice recipe we’ve been living off lately) 🌸 Slow-ish morning, quick Pilates and meals that we both loved! Breakfast: @mademonday overnight oats Snack 1: Salted caramel smoothies with @macr0mike (recipe’s in my highlights) • a quick Pilates sesh Lunch: 10-minute cheat’s fried rice Snack 2: yoghurt & fruit Dinner: Korean beef bowls (Luka had a mini version) Dessert: Choc PB cup — because balance Cheat’s One Pot Fried Rice: 400g chicken mince 2 garlic cloves, minced 450g microwave jasmine rice 1 cup frozen peas 2 eggs 45g kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) 1 tbsp soy sauce 2tbs sweet chilli sauce 1/2 tbsp olive oil Brown mince in olive oil. Push to the side, cook garlic (30 secs). Add rice + peas, toss with half the kecap manis. Scramble eggs to the side, then stir through. Add remaining sauces, toss again. Top with shallots, basil, satay sauce or whatever’s in the fridge. Let me know if you want the beef bowl next, or more toddler meals we both actually eat. Save this for your next prep day. And if you’re new here, welcome 🥰 Most days Luka eats a slightly tweaked version of my meals. And sometimes it’s a frozen toddler one. Because life.

I have been obsessed with yellow curry since the whole Noodle in Broadbeach phenomenon, and this was so good 🤌🏼 I used FroPro Sweet Chilli Chicken High Protein Dumplings, which you can now find at Woolworths. Serve them with Hokkien noodles or rice, veggies and chilli oil 🔥 Yellow Curry Sauce 2 tbsp yellow curry paste (30g) 300ml coconut milk (I used light ayam) 100ml water or stock 10g unsalted butter 1 tbsp sugar 1 -2 tsp fish sauce or soy sauce 1 tsp curry powder 1 tsp cornflour 1 -2 packet @froproaus sweet chilli Chicken Dumplings Method: Add the curry paste to a pan over medium heat and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Add the coconut milk, water or stock, butter, sugar, fish sauce or soy sauce and curry powder, then whisk until smooth. Mix the cornflour with a small splash of water, then stir it through the sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking, then simmer gently until thickened. The thickness may vary depending on the brands you use, you can also thin it out by adding a little extra water or stock until it reaches your desired consistency. Cook your Sweet Chilli Chicken Dumplings as directed on the packet, then add them straight to the sauce or pour the sauce over your finished dish. Serve with rice or noodles, steamed veggies and chilli oil. Ta-da ✨ Makes 4 serves. Per serve (3 dumplings + yellow curry sauce): 256 calories | 15g protein | 15.3g carbs | 14.8g fat. Obviously buttered sourdough wins but I could have this combo on anything 🔥 Minimal ingredients, quick to put together and eggs are such an underrated superfood. Enjoy 🥰 Ingredients 1/2 avocado 30g cream cheese or cottage cheese 2 hard-boiled eggs Squeeze of lemon juice Salt & pepper Garnish Everything bagel seasoning, honey, chilli flakes Method Lightly mash avocado in a bowl, add cream cheese, eggs and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. (You can blitz if you like it extra smooth.) Serving ideas Sourdough, lettuce boats, cucumber boats or your favourite crackers. Notes Toast your bread in a pan with a little butter for extra flavour. Lazy Girl Lasagna 🍝 One of my favourite winter dinners. It’s easy, cosy, high in protein, full of flavour and perfect for meal prep. The recipe is below, but If you prefer a copy sent to your DM’s, comment ‘lasagna’ 🥰 Save this one for your next easy dinner 🤌🏼 Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, finely diced 2 tsp minced garlic 500g lean beef mince 750g organic bolognese/ pasta sauce (or make your own) 2 cups chicken stock, plus extra if needed 1 cup ricotta 100g cottage cheese Salt and pepper, to taste @mingleseasoning Italian Herbs, to taste 170-250g lasagna sheets 1 cup grated mozzarella Fresh basil and Parmesan, to serve Optional: Add any finely chopped vegetables you like, such as carrot, zucchini or capsicum. Method Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy-based pan over medium heat. Add the onion and any optional vegetables. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until softened. Increase the heat to high. Add the beef mince and cook for around 5 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks, until browned. Add the bolognese sauce, chicken stock, ricotta, cottage cheese and Mingle Italian Herbs. Season with a little more salt and pepper, then mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Tear or snap the lasagna sheets into smaller pieces and add them to the pan. Using tongs, gently submerge the sheets into the sauce, changing directions and distributing them as evenly as possible. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Place the lid on and cook over the lowest heat according to the lasagna sheet packet instructions. Mine took around 20 minutes. Check the bottom occasionally to make sure it isn’t catching, and add a splash of extra stock if the sauce becomes too thick. Use a fork to check that the pasta is cooked. It should pierce the lasagna sheets easily. Top with the mozzarella. Place the lid back on until the cheese has melted or, if your pan is oven-safe, place it under the grill for around 5 minutes until golden and bubbling. Finish with fresh basil and Parmesan.

For anyone with a small, boring room that’s just sitting there…🤭 This room was far from cute and needed a glow up, and the @castleryau Agnes sofa bed has literally changed this space my discount code is: CCNOAW. The covers are interchangeable, so you can switch up the vibe whenever you want. It also folds out into a sofa bed, which is perfect if you don’t have a proper guest room but still want somewhere comfy for people to stay. We painted the wall darker, added some of our favourite movie and TV posters, and finished it off with these cute touch lights from Amazon.

CRISPY RICE SALAD WITH CREAMY SWEET CHILLI DRESSING a few hot tips! Still the best salad I’ve ever made 😮‍💨 Comment ‘salad’ and I’ll send it straight to your DM’s It is crunchy, fresh and packed with flavour! Serves: 4 large bowls Crispy Rice: 450 g cooked jasmine rice cooled 3 tsp soy sauce (I used 1 dark soy and 2 regular) 1 tbsp chilli crisp oil 1 tbsp sesame oil Salad: 1 to 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced 1 cup edamame 1 bunch green onions thinly sliced 1 avocado chopped 1 packet crispy chicken tenders cooked as directed (I use Fropro) Chopped peanuts optional Sweet Chilli Creamy Dressing: 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt 1/4 cup mayo (I used light) 50 ml sweet chilli sauce 1/2 tsp paprika Water to thin Method: Make the crispy rice by preheating the oven to 200 C and lining a tray with baking paper. Toss the cooled rice with soy sauce, chilli crisp and sesame oil until coated then spread out evenly and bake for 30 to 40 minutes tossing halfway until golden and crispy. Set aside. Cook the chicken as instructed. To assemble add cucumber, edamame, green onion, avocado, cooked chicken and crispy rice to a large bowl. Make the dressing by whisking all ingredients until smooth using water to thin. Taste and adjust. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently. Garnish with sesame seeds or peanuts. Serve and enjoy. No but honestly, hair changes everything (swipe right 🫣) I’ve been feeling so unconfident with my hair since having Luka. The postpartum hair changes were actually so dramatic, and I feel like I’ve wanted to do something like this for so long, but kept putting it off. And oh my god… I’m so happy with the result.
