Hello all, I’m Scott. As we start 2024, I had the opportunity to appear on the show “Culinary Class War,” and I am so grateful to have received overwhelming support and huge love from so many people. First, I want to say my heartfelt thanks to everyone for their encouragement and true love through this brief message. Also, I apologize for not being able to reply to all the DMs. Through this program, I was able to realize and learn a lot. It was also an opportunity to reflect on my life. <CHOI.> 어릴적 요린이 시절부터 존경하던 최현석 셰프님의 레스토랑 초이닷에서의 디너. 식사 하는 내내 독보적인 창의력과 아이디어, 섬세한 디테일은 계속해서 감탄할수 밖에 없게 만들었다. 거기다 밸러스가 잘 잡힌 맛과 조내진 소믈리에님의 완벽한 페어링으로 정말 즐겁고 맛있는 식사였습니다🤩 셰프로서 상상만 하던것들이 현실 메뉴가 되어 경험을 해보니 원더랜드에 온것만 같은 기분이었습니다. 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 !! #맞방문 감사드립니다😘 @crazypenne @cham.prince @choidot_official
