When you’re able to get low, you can hear her from a different perspective. Getting low is a sign of humility.

There’s no need to be entertaining other parties in a relationship. Apply the energy you give to others to the growth of the relationship.

There’s clarity. There’s a chase. His actions follow his words.

Over-functioning: taking it upon yourself to do for your man what he should be doing for himself.

Classic Gaslighting - Saying to your partner “you just need to grow up” Here’s why that isn’t the right thing to say.

You have to unlearn what you saw growing up. Some things your caretakers taught you is the very reason you can’t break out of negative cycles.

Most couples are not growing because they aren’t doing the work it takes to heal, grow & learn the right tools to overcome challenges.
